By the time August rolls around, our air conditioners have been working hard for months. Here are a few simple things I’ve learned can help keep your home comfortable through the rest of summer.
Some of our favorite days have very little to do with heating and cooling. Our Jodway crew recently traded tools for baseball gloves and spent the day volunteering as buddies with Medina’s Miracle League—a program that has held a special place in our family for years.
What happens when you put two Jodway service technicians and two installers on the golf course? A little friendly competition, of course. But the real reason we were there was much more important: supporting an annual community event that helps local families when they need it most.
Ryan and I traveled to Texas for Bryant’s first-ever Factory Authorized Dealer National Meeting—a few days filled with training, inspiration and plenty of HVAC talk. We came home with new ideas, a Circle of Champions honor and a goal for Jodway.
There’s a lot more that goes into a family business than what you see when one of our trucks pulls into your driveway. Beyond HVAC is where we share the people, stories and moments behind Jodway.
