It all started in 1936, when Howard Bauer founded our first HVAC business. His son, Bruce Bauer, carried on the tradition in 1975, serving the community with the same commitment to quality.
Our own journey began when Mike Jodway, Bruce’s son-in-law, worked alongside him before starting his own HVAC company - Jodway Heating & Cooling. Today, Ryan Jodway, Mike's son, continue that legacy alongside his wife Lynnea—bringing decades of experience, family values, and a passion for service to every job.
