I just met Mr Jodway this morning. He was referred to me by my next door neighbor. We had been under a service contract with another company for the past 3-4 years. They came out and did our spring service last week and told me that my compressor was pulling too many amps and I needed a new compressor. It then said he would not recommend replacing compressor since our ac unit is 15 years old. I called Jodway for a second opinion. He came this morning and checked our our ac and told me he could not find anything wrong with our unit. Jodway is NOW our new go to company for our air-condition and hearing. Two weeks ago, on a very cold morning, I woke up to a freezing house. It was Sunday. I called and left a message hoping to get an appointment early Monday. Within 5 minutes a woman with a wonderful voice called me back and said someone would be out within an hour. As it turns out I needed a new furnace and they replaced it by Tuesday morning, offering space heaters in the meantime. I never write reviews, but they are so wonderful to deal with and knowledgable that I felt compelled to let others know . A furnace is a big investment and these are people I trust. 2-16-21 Fred H I work in the building trades on large scale homes. These guys definitely know what they are doing. They keep current with modern technologies and practices. I made them my "go-to" guys for anything HVAC. They are also proficient with HVAC zoning and mini split systems. When I called Jodway at 6AM, a very nice lady answered my call, took my information and stated that they will have a tech out shortly.
